HVRC is holding a silent auction to donate to The Next Chapter Fund Raising Campaign. All proceeds go to the Library - Rittenhouse Branch for their new addition. "The Next Chapter" is a $5 million expansion and renovation project for the Moses F. Rittenhouse Branch of the Lincoln Pelham Library in Vineland, Ontario. The 30-year-old branch at 4080 John Charles Boulevard will double in size with a 6,000-square-foot addition, aiming to become Lincoln's first Net-Zero building.

Auction Rules

Bids must be made in person on a Bid Sheet at the HVRC Clubhouse, 3425 Frederick Ave, Vineland, ON L0R 2C0

By placing a bid, you agree that all sales are final. Items are sold "as-is" with no refunds or exchanges.

Winners must pay and collect their items at the checkout table at the completion of the auction.

The Next Chapter Project Highlights

Size Increase: Adds 6,000 square feet to double the current branch size.

New Features: Includes new meeting rooms, study areas, and an Indigenous reflection space.

Archive Relocation: Houses the relocated Friends of Lincoln's History Archives.

Green Upgrades: Features sustainable net-zero carbon design and a brand-new roof to fix current leaking issues.

Funding: Backed by a $2 million federal grant from the Green and Inclusive Community Buildings Program alongside a $1.5 million public fundraising campaign.
