Sightline - Escarpment Trail

A tangle of stems and branches twists and turns up the bases of the tall trees that border the pathway. Some bear flowers, berries and shiny green leaves to colourfully decorate the many miles of the Bruce Trail that run the length of the Niagara Escarpment. Volunteers regularly return to groom the pathway of these encroaching coils of new growth.

But, nature is persistent and the vegetation will soon creep across the trail again to cover the footprints of people travelling from here to there and back again.
