Negative Painting Techniques - Surrounding Shapes with Colour - Soft Edge Gradation

When it comes to negative painting, the colour is applied around the shapes rather than inside! In this short tutorial I will show you how to create soft edge gradations as you fill those negative shapes with fabulous colour! This is one of the techniques that I use with watercolour.
